■单件货物较重，尺寸较大，有可能会产生叉车，打包，底板，查验费，提货费等;如有产生实报实销。
■交单或货物出运后需要修改提单的，费用按航空公司收费标准执行。
■对于转关货物，需提供确认好相关文件以及其他方面资料，以免产生额外费用。
A对于转关货物海关作业时间正常截止到下午4点，需在下午4点前入仓;出口货物报关单中运输方式一栏必须填写为“航空运输”。
B正本报关单必须盖“验讫章”，司机本与载货清单(司机纸)必须分别盖章完整，并盖有骑缝章。
■所有的货物报关单所申报的重量与机场称量的实际重量不能偏差超过3%，包括转关的货物，否则将影响货物报关导致不能正常出运和产生额外的费用。
■对于体积重量大于实际重量的货物，一定要和客户确认好计费重量。
