私人物品运输不受件数、重量、体积的限制，且班期船期固定，托运人可以完全放心，同时收取的承运费要比超重行李低得多。 您只需拨打一个电话，其他一切由我们完成。 不必您亲自动手办理复杂的手续，我司将派出专业的人员及车队为您服务。 在整个的过程中您需要知道我们的计算方式以及流程，这样能使您在使用我们的服务过程中感受到更多，下面详细为您介绍一下有关的细节：
计算方式以及计算起征点
（1）海运私人物品是按体积收费，最低计费体积为1个立方米，超过一个立方米，按实际体积计算部分航线稀疏港口的最低计费体积会高于1个立方。
（2）空运按公斤计费，每一票货的具体计费重量是取 体积(立方数)*167 与 毛重(公斤数)的最大值。
（3）每票货物的总体积是按每个单个外包装的体积之和计算。
（4）单个包装的尺寸和重量最好能以方便人工搬运为准,如果不是，费用要单独报价。
海运及空运服务
一、到港服务：从天津港至目的地邻近港口或机场。
二、到门服务：从天津港至目的地上门送货（需提供目的港的具体地址和货物的件数、重量、尺码再定价，注：只含运输到门的费用，不含搬运上楼及处理包装的费用。）根据所选择服务不同确定收费。
三、选择合适您时间的船期或航班。
四、包装。
物品一定要有外包装：
1、电器、钢琴、家具、陶瓷、工艺品等偏重或贵重、易碎类的物品请用木箱包装，并装好填充物，以防挤压受损。
2、日用品、书籍等偏轻类物品可用纸箱包装。
3、如有超长、超大的包装，订舱时必须提供单件包装的准确的长、宽、高尺寸和重量。
4、包装打尺后做好以下工作：
（1）、 制作英文唛头：将"箱子编号及全名、电话号码及目的港"打印在一张白纸上作为唛头标志，贴牢在包装表面，最好贴三面以上，以便和其它货物区分。
（2）、 按顺序号将箱子内装所有物品列明详细清单打印出来，不能手写，须有物品名称及件数（书要列出书名）：
例如：
PACKING LIST：清单
一号箱NO.1 二号箱NO.2
冰箱 1个 书籍 12本(明细附书名)
衣服 10件 鞋 3双
（3）、 记录每个箱子的长、宽、高，以方便计算体积，作为付费依据，最后以仓库打尺证明为准。
注：所有物品须由客户自行包装、封箱。报关在起运港需中文清单，在目的港需英文清单。
海关通关
请您根据所的不同情况选择所需准备的证件：
A、如果您出国移民：请带护照、签证、新购物品发票、详细物品清单、体积及估算的重量清单。
B、如果您是台湾、香港、澳门居民：请带台胞证（或居留证）、学习或工作证明、新购物品发票、物品清单、体积及估算的重量清单。
C、 如果您是外国人：请带护照、签证、新购物品发票、离任职证明（正本）详细物品清单（需签名）、体积及估算重量清单。
D、 旅游购买商品（只限外籍人员）。
护照、签证、报关委托书、详细货物清单（需签名）、发票、外汇兑换水单。
注：以上单据在通关时，海关要求必须提供正本。
目的港提货
当船到目的港后，当地代理公司会通知您，您也可以按照提单上显示的代理资料，在船即将到港之日向该司查询到港信息，办理清关后，再到代理处交费，提货。如收货人在工作日3天之内未提货，将会产生仓储费，由收货人自行负责。目的港清关护照必须与启运港报关护照相一致，并携带英文货物清单。
私人物品货物目的港提货指南
A、如果您的物品是由我司为收货人承运的货物，在船到目的港前2-3天内，我司的目的港代理会通知收货人，作为被通知的一方，收货人应该提供正确的并且在正常的工作日可以联系得上的通讯方式。同时收货人也可以按照提单上显示的代理资料，在船到港前主动向目的港代理查询货物的到港信息。
B、如果货物已确认到港，收货人可以与我司代理联系换单、交费事宜，然后收货人可以在当地委托报关行来办理清关手续，或者也可以委托我司的目的港代理来处理。
C、如清关已不属于我司的承运范围，所产生的费用应与收货人委托的单位单独结算。如清关属我司目的港的代理范围，清关费用与我司目的港代理单独结算。
D、办理货物通关完毕并向我司代理交付目的港相关费用后，收货人可以携带D/O单到我司代理指定的仓库提货。
E、注意，目的港清关护照必须与提单标注的收货人一致，并准备详细的英文货物清单。通关文件各目的港都有所不同，以当地海关要求为准。
F、要求我司做到门的，收货人应提前将通关所需的文件寄给我司代理，通关后我司代理会将货物送至收货人指定地点，但是预付的到门费用只包括车上交货的费用，如需搬运应另付给司机相应的搬运费。
注意事项
为了避免您在此过程中所能遇到的麻烦，我们尽可能的为您做的更多，请您一定详加仔细阅读注意事项：
A、到澳洲、加拿大、美国、新西兰的木箱包装及木质物品需要办理熏蒸检疫手续，如熏蒸澳洲到门货，澳洲海关要求CNEE填写一包装声明。
B、以下物品的不可携带出境：
1. 伪造的货币及伪造的有价证券。
2. 对中国政治、经济、文化、道德有害的印刷品及涉及国家秘密的手稿、胶卷照片、录音带等。
3. 珍贵的文物及禁止出境的文物。
4. 濒危的和珍贵的动物、植物（均含标本）及其种子和繁殖材料。
C、以下物品出境时有限量：
1. 金银制品不可超过50克。
